As a creative marketing intern, I coordinated with various teams to increase blog traffic, improve site authority, and optimize certain pages based on target keywords. During the internship, I
- Managed multiple Facebook advertising campaigns that involved researching personas, constructing effective copy and image combinations and split testing ad variations. Campaigns reached over 6,000 people with a 5% CTR and $.54 cost per like. Resulted in 300+ likes within a period of 5 days.
- Conducted 2 external link building campaigns by contacting over 50 relevant third party sites and educational websites.
- Optimized over 80 pages for SEO purposes by writing keyword researched course descriptions and objectives and designing engaging video previews.
- Created 8 high-quality posts for OpenSesame’s blog. I also wrote a guest blog post for SitePoint, a website read by over 4 million developers each month. The article became one of the top 10 posts of the month.
