"Throughout the course of the summer Ernie has displayed growth in many aspects of his work. Working with him closely I have seen his confidence increase as well as his independence. He has taken part in numerous tasks and contributed greatly to the delivery of Blueprint. Working on many different deliverables, he has developed a thorough understanding of the project delivery life cycle and the many challenges it poses. He has collaborated beautifully with countless stakeholders to gather requirements, produce deliverables, and deliver results. When challenges arose throughout his project he changed his approach, planning, and mindset in order to ensure successful delivery. Ernie has shown keen analysis skills in finding solutions to business problems. He does not like to wait to deliver value; when an opportunity to improve a process arises, he jumps at it with hopes of a brighter future and better way of working. Overall, I have had the pleasure of working with Ernie and hope to see him succeed in all that he does."

"Ernie is a rare gem among his generation. His possesses a very professional demeanor and is very polite and respectful of coworkers. Additionally, he is very detailed-oriented—taking time to research multiple courses of action to determine which is most logical and effective for any particular problem. During his time with us, he put together a strategy for a new line of Facebook ads, created multiple ads to test and then reported the results and provided recommendations on how we should proceed with our campaigns based on results. He's a great team player and a fantastic addition to any company."
